Opening up, reception duties, access control & building patrols. 24Hrs if required.

Typically our contracts will involve opening an office in the morning at 06.00 and then remaining on-site (reception duties), till 08.30 when the main receptionist will take over.  In the evening, we will take over from the receptionist at (typically) 17.00 and man the main reception until staff and cleaners are finished, (typically) 21.00, and then carry out a full patrol and lock up/alarm set.

On other sites, there may be multiple occupancy buildings (the largest we manage has 11 floors)  We essentially man the reception area outside of normal working hours and 24 hours at weekends.  Managing access control and hourly building checks would be the main duties.
