Vacant property inspection for both commercial & domestic premises.
Vacant Property Inspections would run alongside our Key Holder Service or as an addition to our Mobile Patrols.
Commercial: Empty office space, storage, factory units, commercial buildings. The emphasis is on the security of the building, integrity of the perimeter fencing and the fabric of the building etc. We arrange to board up any holes that have appeared. Prevent unwanted access or the possibility of the building becoming a danger (if a kid or adult falls through a roof or injures themselves the property owner could be liable) Flush loos, check for bursts, read meters, check your post and meet contractors We can also test fire alarms and other systems.
Domestic: If we provide a Key Holder/Alarm Response, then we will often be asked to carry out additional duties whilst people are away or concerned in some way.
Additional services would be – mobile patrols of the property, drive-by, exterior patrols and interior patrols or inspections. We can put bins in and out. We can move the post. We can check if the post is sticking out of exterior post boxes. We can carry out weekly interior inspections (insurance purposes etc) We can also meet contractors on site (gardeners, cleaners etc)
